Jacob De Foy is freelance composer based in Buckeye, Arizona who specializes in music for the marching arts.  A former student of many prominent names in the marching world such as Ian Grom, Brian Dinkel, Devin Burgess, and Drew Guy, Jacob has developed an insatiable appetite for learning everything he can about composing and arranging great music.  Heading into his undergraduate studies beginning in 2021, Jacob intends to major Business Administration and minor in Music Performance and Audio Design.

A keen mallet percussionist, Jacob proudly uses Promark Mallets and Sticks and posts regularly on his Instagram account @jafoy_bok_choy and his YouTube Channel.  He also composes both with Sibelius and MuseScore notation software.
